White cabbage salad
This is our favorite salad. We often cook it just for dinner. It is light, beautiful and useful.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Finely chop the cabbage. Cut cucumber and tomatoes into pieces. Add to cabbage.
* Step 2
Chop the green onion. Add to salad. Salt to taste. Mix.
* Step 3
Dress the salad with aromatic vegetable oil. When serving, sprinkle with sunflower seed kernels and watercress salad. But this is optional.
