Crisped kale

I’ve been making this for years. It’s super quick and delicious. Nutritional yeast is rich in B vitamins so a perfect accompaniment to any #vegan plate!

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove kale leaves from stalks. Place on a baking tray and drizzle with oil, a generous helping of nutritional yeast and a pinch of salt.

* Step 2

Cook at 100°C for about 10-15 mins until the leaves crisp up. Serve immediately.
