Creamy tofu pasta
A real #vegan family favourite this one. It’s quick, easy and delicious. Smoked tofu is easy enough to get hold of in your local health food store and it’s almost always #organic. 🌱

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the pasta as per the instructions.
* Step 2
Chop your garlic and onions and get those going over a medium heat.
* Step 3
In the meantime cut up your squash.
* Step 4
Once your garlic and onion are starting to brown add your squash and cook for a few more minutes.
* Step 5
Cut the tofu block in to cubes and add to the pan.
* Step 6
Add the soya cream, stock and nutritional yeast. Lower the heat and this point as you’re gonna want the squash to cook in the creamy sauce.
* Step 7
When the squash is tender, add the peas and spinach.
