Upvas  Rajgira Puri and Aloo Sabzi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl take grated potatoes, add Rajgira flour,ground nut powder, coriander leaves, crushed ginger+ green chillies +cumin and salt. Mix all ingredients add little water may be two tablespoons. Prepare dough using little oil.

* Step 2

Keep this dough for five minutes.

* Step 3

Make even sized ball,

* Step 4

Press each ball with palm and make Puris, on plastic or parchment paper dipping fingers in water so that dough does not stick.

* Step 5

Fry puri in hot oil. Puffed puris are ready to be served with Aloosabzi

* Step 6

For preparing sabzi,heat pan add 2tbsp oil, cumin seeds let them crackle. Add cut green chillies, curry leaves and sauté for some time. Add boiled cut potatoes, cover for two minutes. Add crushed ground nuts, salt and lemon juice. Cover and keep for one minute. Put off the fire. Remove subzi in serving bowl. It’s ready to be served with puris.
