Broccoli and Stilton soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop onion and soften in butter for few mins
* Step 2
Add potatoes (peeled and diced) and broccoli and cook for few mins
* Step 3
Add stock, cover and simmer for 20min
* Step 4
Leave to cool for 15min then blend
* Step 5
Add Stilton and milk, and Heat gently, stirring often until cheese melted
