Sausage meat pasta bake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in pan and brown the sausage meat
* Step 2
Add chopped garlic to the sausage meat and cook for 1 min
* Step 3
Add the passata, water, sugar and salt and pepper. Simmer for 15min
* Step 4
While meat is simmering, preheat the oven to 180oC and cook the pasta until al dente
* Step 5
Once the sauce has simmered, add chopped basil and simmer for another minute
* Step 6
Stir in pasta to sauce ensuring all the pasta is covered in sauce
* Step 7
Pour into oven proof dish (ours is 20x30cm). Top with grated cheese and bread crumps
