Chocolate sponge cake
Based off a Delia recipe

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl then add the rest of the ingredients
* Step 3
Whisk together until all combined
* Step 4
Grease two 20cm cake tins and cut grease proof paper in the bottom (I draw round the tins and cut out the circle of paper). Put half of the mixture in each. Use scales to make sure the cakes are even weight
* Step 5
Cook for 30mins. Leave to cool for 1 min then turn out into wire rack to cool
* Step 6
When cool, spread jam on one half and put together in a sandwich. Sprinkle icing sugar on top
