Lettuce Wrap

Lettuce wrap prepared by Mr. Sonipal, former extension officer, BPMU Sarkaghat, can be a part of your healthy tasty breakfast. It provides the Goodness of egg, lettuce inside the basic fulfilling chapatti. It is easy to make, eat and carry. The recipe was introduced by the EO’S during training. The wrap is rich in carbohydrates, dietary fiber, vitamin A, C, D, K and riboflavin.

Egg

1/4 tsp

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk egg in a bowl then add the green chilies chopped tomatoes, onions and some salt and mix it properly.

* Step 2

Make an omelet on the pan and cook on both sides.

* Step 3

Take a fresh chapatti or roti.

* Step 4

Place a leaf of lettuce over the chapatti or roti, then place the omelet and make a roll or wrap with it.
