Kale Clear Soup

Kale clear soup provides the goodness of kale, carrots and peas. This soup is a rich sources of vitamin A, C and K. Kale clear soup can be served alongside dish with lunch or dinner.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 2 tsp of oil in a large, heavy bottomed stock pot over medium flame.

* Step 2

Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes

* Step 3

Add carrots, peas and kale. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.

* Step 4

Add 3 cup water and stir well and bring the mixture to a boil. When it starts boiling, add salt as given. Add black pepper powder.

* Step 5

Stir and cook till the soup becomes little thick.
