Hoisin Sauce & Chicken Pizza

When I was sick in bed last week, my husband bought Pizzas for dinner. One of them was BBQ Chicken Pizza which base sauce was BBQ sauce. I ate one slice of it and hit on an idea to use up the Hoisin Sauce that had been sitting in the fridge for ages. I had never though of using it for Pizza, but I tried it. Oh Boy! This is good!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

* Step 2

Cut the cooked Chicken Breast into small thin pieces. Today I used leftover Roasted Chicken. Lightly season with Salt if required.

* Step 3

Combine Hoisin Sauce and Sriracha in a small bowl. Thinly spread the sauce over the Pizza Base. Scatter Chicken pieces, Onion and Green Chilli evenly. Add Mozzarella (OR Pizza Mix).

* Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
