Basic Plain Muffins
This ‘Basic Plain Muffins’ recipe is easy to remember and it is absolutely versatile. I understand that Muffin is basically a quick bread. The batter shouldn’t be too sweet. You can add Chocolate, Fruit and Nuts to create a variety of Muffins based on this plain batter recipe.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 180℃. Line a 12-hole medium-size muffin tin with cases.
* Step 2
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Spoon the mixture into each case. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
