Pan-fried Leftover Egg White & Fetta
What do you use leftover Egg White for? Today I had 4 Egg Whites, and I didn’t want to make any sweets. I decided to just cook them, but a good idea flashed into my mind, inspired by Halloumi cheese that I ate last night. I added some crumbled Fetta to the Egg White. The result? Why won’t you find it out yourself?
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix Egg Whites and crumbled Fetta in a bowl.
* Step 2
Heat a small amount of Olive Oil in a frying pan, cook the mixture until both sides are golden. *I used a small ‘Tamagoyaki’ pan.
* Step 3
Cut into bite-size pieces and add to the salad you love.
