Asian Fried Noodle Slaw

My husband’s aunt told me about her amazing discovery of Asian Fried Noodle Salad. She even gave me a bag of the fried noodles. The recipe was on the bag of the noodles but I found it too sweet. So I create my own dressing for the salad. I used a bag of ready-to eat coleslaw vegetable mix. Those vegetable bags are great help when I am very busy.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
2 tablespoon

Sugar

4 tablespoons

Rice Vinegar

1 tablespoon

Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon

Sesame Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix Coleslaw and Fried Noodles in a large serving bowl. I used 'Changs Fried Noodles'.

* Step 2

Combine all the Dressing Ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

* Step 3

Just before serve, pour over the dressing and mix everything to combine.
