Apricot spoon sweet

Ingredient

1 1/4 kg

sugar

1 cup

water

1 tsp

vanilla

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the skin and kernels.

* Step 2

Place the pickling lime in a large bowl with 8-10 cups of water and soak the apricots in it for 1-2 hours.

* Step 3

Rinse and set aside on a towel to drain.

* Step 4

Boil the sugar with the water until you have a thick syrup. Let it cool.

* Step 5

Place half an almond inside each apricot and drop it in the syrup.

* Step 6

Boil over strong heat until the sweet thickens.

* Step 7

Finally, add the vanilla and the lemon juice and let it boil for a couple of minutes more.
