Some people drink it in the morning... some, in the afternoon.... and some in the evening, when relaxing.... Greek coffee is a "sweet" daily habit that stimulates and "wakes up" our nervous system!!! So, let's go for coffee, then!!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the briki (traditional pot for making Greek coffee) over heat with the water, add the sugar and coffee and stir. When the kaimaki (foam) starts to rise, remove from heat so that it doesn't disintegrate.
* Step 2
Place the briki over heat with the water, add the ingredients, stir and let it boil so that the foam disintegrates.
