Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a blender, combine the warm milk, yeast, sugar, eggs and oil; cover and process on low speed for 30 seconds or until blended.

* Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.

Add yeast mixture, stir with a spoon until combined (do not knead).

* Step 4

Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.

* Step 5

Stir down dough.

* Step 6

Fill greased muffin cups half full. Cove and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.

* Step 7

Bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

* Step 8

Remove from pans to wire racks.

* Step 9

Serve warm.
