Gooseberries
2 tbsp
caster sugar
1 tbsp
water or egg white
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I picked them gooseberries from the garden, then you need to wash and top and tailed them. Prep water or 1 egg white in a bowl. Prep about 2 tbsp caster sugar on a small plate.
* Step 2
Use clean small paintbrush bush gooseberries one at the time with egg white on water. Then dip into sugar. Roll them until all covered. Remove to a plate and leave them to dry for a few hours.
* Step 3
Use to decorate your dessert.
