Stir Fry Egg Noodles With Chilli Tofu Top With Crispy Chilli Oil 🍜 🌢

Stir fry egg noodles with chilli tofu top with crispy chilli in oil is my absolutely scrumptious one pan dish to enjoy with the whole family β˜€οΈ

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blanched egg noodles in hot water for 4-8 minutes. Once noodles softened, drained and place in a plate or bowl.

* Step 2

On a medium heat pan or wok, add vegetable cooking oil then garlic, fry for a min until garlic golden.

* Step 3

Add all the vegetable in and quick stir fry. Add tofu and fry for another 1-2 minutes.

* Step 4

Mix the sauce base together in a mixing bowl, pour them on to the pan or wok mix well. Add noodles in and stir well.

* Step 5

Seasoning with salt and pepper. Taste it, you can add more sauces if prefer. Garnish with sesame seeds and crispy chilli oil before serve. I use this brand (pic attached) but you can make your own one I have recipe attached here.
