Homegrown Courgette Tempura with sriracha mayo πŸ₯’

#fromfarmtofork I am proudly presenting my delicious courgette and courgette flower tempura served with sriracha #kewpie mayo freshly picked from garden and on the plant within half an hour πŸ˜‹πŸ½

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash freshly picked homegrown courgette properly. Sliced courgette into bite size, cut flowers in half.

* Step 2

Mix the batter mix together. Add courgette and flowers into the batter mixture

* Step 3

Add vegetable cooking oil into a small saucepan or pan, fry your courgette when the cooking oil is around medium heat.

* Step 4

Mix Mayo and sriracha together.

* Step 5

Once cooked place your courgette onto some kitchen towel to get rid of access oil. Serve with sriracha mayo.
