Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together until combine and rest it for at lea 15 minutes before pan fry them.
* Step 2
Add about 1 tsp of butter on a medium heat pan, add about one ladle of pancake mixture in and spread it out nice and thin. Once cooked one side flip over and cook the other side.
* Step 3
Sprinkle some sugar and lemon before serve if prefer. You can add some more fruits and double cream as well
