Besan

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

mustard seeds

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

chopped garlic

1 teaspoon

chopped ginger

2 tablespoons

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take bowl put Besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and add 2 cup water and mix it nicely and put aside.

Then take kadhai put oil heat it, then add mustard seeds Crackling them.

* Step 3

Then add onion, garlic, ginger, garlic, green chillies and saute till onion get transulated.

* Step 4

Then add Besan mixture and on low flame stir it continusaly. After get thickening off the flame.

Served with paratha or Puri.
