* Step 1

Firstly soaked Poha in buttermilk.

Then add spinach, carrot, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix it nicely and make oval balls.

Then heat oil in kadhai and fry all oval balls.

Served with sauce and chutney.
