Garlic Chutney with Bajra Idli

* Step 1
Method for garlic Chutney-
* Step 3
Put garlic, coriander powder, cumin powder, dry red chilli, lemon juice, both salt, olive oil and grind it in grinder.
* Step 6
Take Bajra powder add salt, curd and mix it nicely.
* Step 7
Put Bajra mixture for 15 minutes.
* Step 8
Now add Eno and put mixture immediately in idli stand.
* Step 9
Then take cooker put 2 cup water then put idli stand.
* Step 10
Remove rubber and whistle of cooker before steaming.
* Step 11
Now steaming for 10 minutes.
* Step 12
Then take out from cooker.
* Step 13
After that take out idli from stand.
* Step 14
Now served with Garlic Chutney.
