Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Method for Ghoogni- Firstly boiled the chane with adding salt and Turmeric powder. Give 2-3 whistle.
* Step 2
After that take kadhai put oil heat it then add cumin seeds Crackling them then add onion, ginger and garlic paste and saute for till oil separated.
* Step 3
Then add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix it nicely and saute for 5 minutes then add boiled chane.
* Step 4
Then give one boiled, give thickness of gravy as per your requirement.

Method For Samosa Cover- Mix the ingredients and make soft dough.
* Step 6
For Stuffing- Take a bowl and mashed potatoes and add salt, chili powder, amchur powder, garam masala, peanuts, Coriander leaves and Mix it nicely.
* Step 7
Now making samosa- Take Puri size dough and with the help of rolling pin and board make Puri and cut it from center from 2 parts.
* Step 8
Take one part put filling and fold it like samosa and make all samosa like.
* Step 9
Then take kadhai put oil heat it and deep fry all samosa on low flame.
* Step 10
Your samosa is ready for serving with Ghoogni.
