Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast mawa on low flame till brown
* Step 3
Add chopped dry fruits in it
* Step 4
Prepare dough of all purpose flour add little ghee moin in it
* Step 6
Prepare small balls of all purpose flour roll it with the roller fill in the stuffing
* Step 8
Fry in ghee on both sides till golden brown
* Step 10
Dip the kachodi shaped Gujiya in it so that sugar coating covers the top
* Step 11
Garnish with dry fruits of your choice
