Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. Add milk or cream, vanilla, and cinnamon, sugar, and a pinch of salt and beat until frothy.
* Step 2
Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture, first on one side, then the other.
* Step 3
Add both butter and oil to a pan. Cook both sides in a greased non-stick skillet until golden. Repeat process until all bread is cooked. Add butter and oil to the pan as needed.
* Step 4
Serve with fruits, powdered sugar, and maple syrup.
