Breakfast casserole

Sausage, eggs, hash browns and cheese on Crescent roll dough. Hello breakfast. This serves a crowd or makes breakfast for the week.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

whole milk

1 tsp

pepper

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9 x 12 baking dish with baking spray.

* Step 2

In a large skillet brown and crumble the sausage drain if necessary.

* Step 3

Unroll crescent dough into baking dish press seams together and press to cover bottom of dish and slightly up sides.

* Step 4

Layer the sausage, hash browns and cheese over the dough.

Throughly whisk the milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over the sausage mixture.

* Step 6

Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
