150 gms

Sarso leaves

1/2 cup

Methi leaves

1/2 cup

Tomato puree

To taste

Salt

2 tsp

Butter

2 tsp

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash & clean all leaves.

* Step 2

Boil it 5 miniutes.

* Step 3

In a hot pan add oil, let it hot.

* Step 4

Grind it.

* Step 5

Add cumin seeds,cracle it add onion,pink it.

* Step 6

Add ginger garlic paste,saute it.

* Step 7

Add tomato pure,cook it for 2 minutes.

* Step 8

Add all spices Fry it.

* Step 9

Add grinded green puree fry it 3 minutes.

* Step 10

Add makki flour.mix it.

* Step 11

Add salt.

* Step 12

Add malai 4 tsp,mix it well.

* Step 13

Now it is done.take it out from the flame.

* Step 14

Temper it with ghee garlic,and onion.

* Step 15

Keep it in the bowl garnish it with ginger jullienes.

* Step 16

Now winters have started,a tasty, delicious, healthy dish is waiting for you on your dining table.
