In a pan put 1 tsp butter add cumin seeds cracle it.

Add spinich peas,Fry it in high flame 2 miniutes.

Crush the peas,& mash the spinich.

Add mashed potatoes mix it very well.
* Step 6
Add all spices together.mix it very well.make a dough from this mixture.
* Step 8
Make kebab from this dough.make round shape or make in skewers.
* Step 9
Roast it in a pan in slow flame.
* Step 10
Serve it hot with green chuteny.
* Step 11
