1 cup boiled & mashed

Green peas

1 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon

Kabab masala

1 teaspoon

Salt

1 teaspoon

Chilli powder

4 tsp

Desi ghee

1 teaspoon

Mango powder

200 gm

Maida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan put butter or ghee let it heat

* Step 2

Put onion and saute it.

* Step 3

Add ginger garlic paste. Fry it.

* Step 4

Add all spices. Sprinkle some water.add keema in it,Fry it 2 miniutes.lid it 8 miniutes.now add green peas.cook it 2 miniutes.

* Step 5

Fry it 2 minutes. Add mango powder, salt and keep frying.

* Step 6

Remove it from the flame. Keep it a side.

* Step 7

Now need the Maida with the help of butter and water.

* Step 8

First of all rub the maida with the help of butter or ghee, then knead it with the help of water.

Need it some tight.

* Step 10

Now make the balls from this dough.

Roll it out with the help of rolling pin. Make medium size circle from this dough.

It will be not thick.

Now cut it with the middle make two pieces.

Fill it with prepared keema masala in it.

Make the samosa shape.

Fold it like a samosa.

Write in medium heat oil.

* Step 18

Now keema samosa is ready to eat serve it hot - hot.with any type of chutney.
