Now need the Maida with the help of butter and water.

First of all rub the maida with the help of butter or ghee, then knead it with the help of water.

Now make the balls from this dough.

Roll it out with the help of rolling pin. Make medium size circle from this dough.

Now cut it with the middle make two pieces.

Fill it with prepared keema masala in it.

Write in medium heat oil.

Now keema samosa is ready to eat serve it hot - hot.with any type of chutney.
