Mango powder

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put besan,2 tsp onion,green chilli,cumin 1 pinch,salt.mix it with the help of water.make a batter from these things.

* Step 2

Heat a flat pan,greased it with oil.

* Step 3

Spread those batter on it.spread it round shape.

* Step 4

Roast it in slow flame both sides golden.remove it from the flame.

* Step 5

Keep it a side for cooling.

* Step 6

Now cut the chilla in peices.

* Step 7

In a pan put oil, Heat it.

* Step 8

Put cumin seed, crackle it.add ginger,garlic sauty it.add onion roast it golden.

* Step 9

Put all spices stir it.add some water stir it.add Tomato cook it 2 miniute.

* Step 10

Add water,let it boil 5 miniutes.

* Step 11

Add salt & mango powder.

* Step 12

Now add cut chilla peices. Boiled it 2 miniute.

* Step 13

Remove it from the flame,& keep it a side 10 mimiutes,so that chilla soaked some greavy.

* Step 14

Keep it in a bowl.

* Step 15

Before serving sprinkle some coriander leaf.
