Onion tomato cheese sandwich - breakfast

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix finely chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Mix cumin powder, red chili powder chaat masala. Add salt only if needed (chat masala would have already made it salty)
* Step 2
Mix 3 to 4 tablespoon of green chutney.
* Step 3
Take two slices of bread. Butter it up. Add the tomato, onion mixture and lots of cheese. Spread butter on the outside. Place it on pan. Cover pan and cook till cheese melts. Flip the sandwich.
