Broccoli Dal
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First cook dal in a pressure cooker.
* Step 2
Take a pan heat 2 tbsp oil once oil is heated add cumin bay leaf whole red chilli and curry leaves after add asafoetida.
* Step 3
After adding chopped onion sauté until golden brown add ginger garlic chilli paste sauté few minutes add chopped tomatoes sauté until tomatoes are tender.
* Step 4
After adding all dry masala along with kitchen king masala sauté a few seconds and add cooked dal add some water and salt bring to boil.
* Step 5
Take another pan heat 1 tbsp oil once the oil is heated add sliced onion and broccoli add salt and cook once your broccoli is cooked add over your prepared dal
* Step 6
Enjoy your healthy broccoli dal with roti or rice.
