Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the dal and soak for 5-6 hours

* Step 2

Take the soaked aal and coarse grind the daal in the mixture (do not finely mix)

* Step 3

Take a pan add ghee, once heated add the daal and roast until light brown

* Step 4

Once it is roasted, add warm milk inside and once the milk has been absorbed by the dal continue mixing

* Step 5

Next add sugar and mix

* Step 6

After the sugar has melted add Cardamon powder, cashew, and almonds and mix

* Step 7

Keep mixing until you can see the ghee separating

* Step 8

Turn off the gas and place into a bowl garnish with some chopped almonds and cashew
