Eggless Custard Cookie Cake
Easy to make cake of my childhood. All you need to do is to prepare cream and layer with the cookies. We used Graham Wafers.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix half of the milk (500ml) with sugar and flour.
* Step 2
Boil the other 500 ml of milk and add it to prepared mix.
* Step 3
On medium heat cook the custard until it becomes thicker. Add gradually butter and mix all the way.
* Step 4
Remove from heat when it’s thick and add vanilla.
* Step 5
In the dish layer the cookies or graham wafers dipped in the milk. Add the layer of cream and repeat until all cream is gone.
