Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rub the ribs with half the garlic passed through a garlic press, salt, pepper, fry on one side (in a frying pan, folding the “strip” in half).
* Step 2
Then we form a circle from them on a sheet of foil and, so that it does not fall apart, we fix it with white threads.
* Step 3
Fry the diced pepper and half the chopped onion, add the remaining garlic (pass through the garlic press), mix with the minced meat, add salt and pepper.
* Step 4
Fry coarsely chopped champignons (putting 5-6 aside to decorate the dish) with half a chopped onion.
Fill the circle of ribs using 3/4 of the minced meat.
* Step 5
Place fried champignons and remaining minced meat on top. Wrap in foil and bake in a hot oven. (At this time, you can cook the potatoes for a side dish).
* Step 6
After half an hour, open the foil and bake again after 20 minutes. We insert the champignons, set aside for decoration, into our stump (you can stick them into the minced meat on toothpicks, brushing them with oil on top). After 10 minutes, we take out the festive dish and serve it on the table piping hot!
