Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the tenderloin into slices 1 centimeter thick.
* Step 2
Beat thinly, add salt and pepper.
* Step 3
Fry the chopped mushrooms and onions in oil until tender, add salt and mix.
* Step 4
Place a little mushroom filling in the middle of each chop.
* Step 5
Form the chop into a ball and wrap it in two thin slices of bacon.
* Step 6
Tie the ball with thread, giving it the shape of a flower.
* Step 7
Fry each such creation on all sides in oil. I recommend using a thick cast iron frying pan for this.
* Step 8
When serving, garnish with herbs, mushrooms from eggs and tomatoes. As a side dish, you can also serve French fries in the form of mushrooms.
