Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take oil in pan.
Add pepper, cloves, bayleaf, kashmiri red chilli in quantities as shown in photo
Add jeera and mustard.
* Step 2
Add Onions, Ginger, garlic, Mirchi in quantities as shown in photo.
Add hing and salt as per taste.
* Step 3
Add tomatoes and let it cook.
* Step 4
Add following masalas:
Turmeric 0.25 tsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
kasuri methi
Dhania powder very little
* Step 5
If you want add mushrooms at this stage.
* Step 6
Make Spinach/Spinach+broccoli paste. Pour it in.
Add Salt
Add Heavy cream
Add Paneer
