Potato balls with prosciutto and mozarrella cheese
Some of then I dip it in flour and fry. Others I dip it in eggs, Panko bread and fry. Dip it in sesame seeds and fry. And finally, others I deep it in PanKo Mixed with Quinua.

30 potato balls

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut and measure all the ingredients.
* Step 2
Place the potatoes in a pot with water and salt and cook until are soft.
* Step 3
Drain the potatoes in a colander. In a tray put the potatoes in the oven to dry for 20 minutes at 400° F.
