Healthy, delicious pancakes from buckwheat and spelt wheat flour for breakfast, nourishing through lunch.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix dry ingredients with whisk, add wet ingredients, rest.

Test bake 2 Tbs batter in dry cast iron enameled skillet

Fry till bubbles form

Flip, fry same time on other side

Keep warm under kitchen towel, serve. Freezes well, reheat 11 seconds in microwave.
