Gently Spiced Pork Belly

Nothing like a good spiced piece of pork belly!!

Ingredient

1/2 teaspoon

ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon

salt divided

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Get a cast iron skillet on the heat. Slice the pork belly into rashers about 1/4-3/8 of an inch thick. Put into the hot skillet. Season the top of the pork belly.

* Step 2

After 3 minutes turn the rashers of pork belly. Season the cooked side. When done move to paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
