Cranberry small muffin

Ingredient

8 small muffins

20-30 minutes
3/4 cup

sugar

1 tablespoon

vanilla extract

1 1/3 cup

flour

1 teaspoon

baking powder

Pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 350 F

* Step 2

Whip butter for 1 minute add sugar, beat for about 3 minutes

* Step 3

Add vanilla extract and mix

* Step 4

Add 1 egg, beat 1 minute then add 2nd egg

* Step 5

Mix together flour, baking powder and salt

* Step 6

Add dry ingredients and milk alternatively until smooth

* Step 7

Adjust temperature as need depending on your pan, if darker lower temperature to 300

* Step 8

Grease pan with butter. Fill pan with mixture about 3/4 way or less to prevent spillage

Set a timer for 15 minutes, if necessary rotate your pan to cook evenly

After about 5 minutes turn off oven. Leave for 5 minutes inside.

* Step 11

Take out of oven and swirl the muffins in half circle both ways to prevent from getting stuck. It will be hot so be careful not to touch the pan and only top of muffin

* Step 12

Leave to cool before placing in an airtight container
