A very healthy breakfast meal recipe.we all know lentils are rich in vitamins & nutrients and capsicum is also very rich in potassium & protein contents. Goes well with hot chapatis. Quick yet delicious.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly I have washed & soaked dal Masoor for about an hour further to start cooking I have chopped onions & capsicum now take a Kadhai add oil while it’s warm drop in cumin seeds,mustard seeds & curry leaves sauté for a minute next add ginger garlic paste sauté again until it’s slightly brown
* Step 2
Further add in the chopped onions,capsicum let it fry until onions are golden brown now pop in the soaked dal Masoor then pop in all spices except salt & Garam masala powder
* Step 3
Add water accordingly as the soaked dal already had some water & it will cook faster as it was soaked so add only the level of dal is covered it’s a regular quantity cover the lid for only 3-4 minutes it must be done. Don’t over cook or let it mashed it must be cooked like it’s not sticky as shown in the picture below at this point add salt,Garam masala powder,coriander leaves mix it with light hands for a minute then off the flame burner.
* Step 4
