Easy Mascarpone Spritz Cookies

Easy Mascarpone Spritz Cookies

Since the best by date on my mascarpone was drawing near, I made these cookies without much thought. I love the flavor and sourness of the mascarpone cheese.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving
100 grams

Mascarpone

60 grams

Sugar

2 tbsp

Olive oil

100 grams

Flour

1 pinch

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepping:

Bring the mascarpone, butter, and egg yolk to room temperature. Sift the flour. Preheat the oven to 180℃ (356 Fahrenheit).

Making the dough:

Put the mascarpone into a bowl and whisk until it's creamy. Add the butter and sugar and continue to whisk.

Add the egg yolk, olive oil, flour, and salt into the same bowl, and mix until smooth.

Transfer the dough into a pastry bag, and pipe onto a baking tray.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Once done, let cool, and enjoy!
