None Italian spaghetti Bolognese (made with love)
Ok I am not Italian but my grandma taught me only Italian food has 2 rules. 1) cook with love 2) measurement is “some garlic” “about handful” 🥰

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large frying pan add the oil on a high head and brown the onion (about 3-4 mins) add the beef in batches again until browned. Do not add all at once or you get grey steamed meat - uck !
* Step 2
Once all meat browned. Add the minced garlic and stir about 2 mins. The smell will be amazing.
* Step 3
Add everything else (well not the pasta lol) and stir. Lower heat to medium and allow to simmer. I do this for about 30-45 mins then allow to cool until needed. You can also batch freeze at the point.
* Step 4
When you want to serve cook pasta as per instructions. Heat the sauce and spoon over. Add a little cheese and I like add fresh basil.
* Step 5
Now the good part. Add old tomatoes, olives, mushrooms. More or less garlic. Or even a touch of chilli powder (I know all Italians will kill me) but the way was brought up - ENJOY and so easy to make in free time and serve for mid week dinner for the kids. ❤️
