Easy Hearty Spaghetti with Italian Meatballs
If you make the meatballs in advance and use a pre-made pasta sauce (I used Rao's. It is delicious!) this dinner will come together very quickly.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add onion and green pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Add garlic and mushrooms to frying pan. Season with Italian seasoning and Montreal Steak seasoning. Stir to combine. Sauté for an additional 5 minuets or until onion is translucent and mushrooms are cooked.
* Step 3
Add Rao’s marinara sauce and the Cento tomato paste. If you can’t find the Cento paste, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste of your choosing. I just like the flavor of the Cento paste. Cook sauce until it starts to boil. Immediately reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add meatballs and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Serve Meatballs and sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with minced parsley. Serve Parmesan cheese on the side.
