Baked Chicken Grand Marnier

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the marinade and warm in a sauce pan to melt the jam, then cool
* Step 2
Place the breasts in a bag and add the marinade and refridgerate for 4 hours or overnight
* Step 3
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a baking pan with nonstick foil. I found 360 to be better in my oven
* Step 4
Remove chicken from marinade and arrange in a single layer in the prepared pan. Reserve 1/3 cup of the marinade
* Step 5
Bake chicken breasts about 30 minutes, basting with reserved marinade every 10 minutes
* Step 6
Remove the pan and cover with foil for 10 minutes. Serve
