Introducing my mouth-watering Middle Eastern-Asian Fusion Chicken Vegetables Rice Toppings Dish!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, marinade the chicken in lemon juice, cumin, cayenne, paprika, white pepper, and salt. Mix in a bowl, and store in the refrigerator for at least 30mins.
* Step 2
In a cooking pot, pour in the cooking oil, heat up the garlic and onion then sauté in the chicken marinade until lightly cooked.
* Step 3
Once the chicken gets cooked, pour in the bell pepper, stir. Mix in the carrots, stir. Put in the Cabbage and chicken powder, stir all together in medium heat. Keep mixing to your liking.
* Step 4
Place the dish into a serving bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Ready to serve.
