Vickys Homemade 'Baileys' Irish Cream Liqueur, GF DF EF SF NF
Baileys are making their own vegan / dairy-free version now but it uses almond milk. I use light coconut milk in mine which doesn't set while sitting like full fat coconut milk will so if you don't drink the entire recipe in one go, it will be fine left sitting in the fridge for a while. Just give it a good shake up before you drink it
Ingredient
Food ration :
500ml / 2 cups
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Simply throw the ingredients into a blender and blitz until combined. Easy!
* Step 2
Adjust to taste adding more whisky / vanilla / syrup if you need to. Blitz again
* Step 3
Serve! This will keep fine in the fridge, just give another blitz in the blender before serving
