Vickys Caledonian Cream Dessert, GF DF EF SF NF

This is a traditional Scottish dessert utilising Marmalade which was invented in Dundee in 1797. Publishing on Burns Nicht 2018

Ingredient

120 ml (1/2 cup)

full fat coconut milk

1 tbsp

marmalade

to taste

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Puree the cream cheese, coconut milk, Cointreau, marmalade and lemon juice together and add sugar as required to sweeten to your own taste

* Step 2

Divide the orange segments between 4 serving bowls or glasses. You can layer the oranges / cream for nicer presentation and toss them in some extra Cointreau if you feel like it!

* Step 3

Spoon the cream on top and garnish with the orange zest and chocolate
